Last Day to Remove Your Signature from Proposition 4 Repeal Initiative
The Independent Redistricting Commission was created in 2018 by Proposition 4, downgraded to advisory in 2019, and fully reinstated by court ruling in 2025. An initiative effort to repeal Prop 4 collected signatures through February 15, 2026. If you signed the petition in error, visit here.
